The Village Homeowners Association was incorporated in May 2000. It is a gated condominium community consisting of 46 units within a total of 10 buildings.
One building has 2 units, five buildings has 4 units, and four buildings have 6 units. Units are configured as a home on top and a home on the bottom. Each unit also has as single vehicle detached carport. There is additional shared parking throughout as well.
Owners have an option to build an adjoined shed to the carport; therefore, some carports have a shed while some may not at this time. All buildings have shingle roof which were all replaced in 2024. Siding is a stain in color which upkeep is done in staggered phases with the first phase completed in 2024, second phase completed in 2025 and final 3rd phase will be completed in 2026.
Streets are asphalt and are kept up by the Association with regular maintenance to include crack rubber seal and seal coat as needed.
The landscape includes tall natural Ponderosa Trees as well as other mountain species of trees & plants with grounds wrapped in cinder rock. There are two gate entrances and split rail fence that defines the community location along Buck Springs Road between communities Sports Village IV and Bear Run.
The Association has a shared dumpster, bulletin board, mailbox cbu, and one entrance monument sign.
